About the artist
The result of a one-night stand between the Ramones and the Strokes, Bad Nerves play distorted, furiously frantic pop songs. Their self-taught beginnings have brought them into the hearts of the best alternative musicians, from British luminaries like Dan P Carter, Alyx Holcombe and Iggy Pop, to rock legends like Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong and Pearl Jam's Stone Gossard.Compared to Supergrass, the Ramones and Jay Reatard, they seek to create the kind of authentic, anything-but-sterile rock on which the genre has been built.
