Ticket guide

Ticket platforms in Turkey

Buying a concert ticket in Turkey usually means meeting one of a handful of platforms. Gigora doesn't sell tickets — we send you to the seller. This guide explains what to check before you pay, and what you'll actually find on each platform.

What to know before you buy

Service fee

A fee is added on top of the face value and shown at checkout. It varies by platform and by event — read the total before you confirm.

Refunds

Refunds are normally tied to a cancelled or postponed event, and the platform you bought from runs the process. Voluntary refunds are not available for every event.

Where the ticket lives

Your ticket usually stays in the account or app of the platform you bought from. Some events check ID at the door — read the event's own conditions.

Frequently asked

Which platform is cheapest?
There is no platform that is always cheaper. The face value is set by the organiser; what differs is the service fee, and that varies by event as much as by seller. The only reliable comparison is the total at the checkout screen, right before you pay.
Why is the price higher at checkout?
A service / handling fee is added on top of the face value. It is disclosed at checkout rather than in the listing, so always read the total before confirming.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Usually not. Refunds are normally tied to the event being cancelled or postponed, in which case the platform you bought from runs the process. Voluntary refunds depend on the event and the seller — check the conditions on the event page before buying.
The same concert is on two platforms. Does it matter which I pick?
For the ticket itself, no — it is the same seat from the same organiser. It can matter for the total price, the refund terms and where your ticket lives. When Gigora knows of more than one seller for a show, we list them on the event page so you can compare.
Does Gigora sell tickets?
No. Gigora is an independent concert-discovery site. We link you to the platform selling the ticket and never change the order of results for money.

Transparency

We deliberately don't publish service-fee percentages or per-platform refund rates: those terms change by event and over time, and we'd rather print no number than an unverified one. The binding answer is always on the platform's own checkout screen and terms. Our selection reflects the sellers whose ticket links actually appear in Gigora's Turkish catalogue.
